We are looking for a Creative Director who will set the agency’s creative vision, championing innovation across platforms while mentoring and inspiring teams. You’ll lead the charge in crafting industry-defining work that not only exceeds client expectations but strengthens POP’s reputation as a creative force.

POP offers competitive compensation and full benefits. The starting salary for this role is between $150,000 and $175,000. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the Total Rewards we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description and located in Seattle. As a company, we have a location-based strategy, which means the salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location.

What You’ll Do
- Own and manage all creative outputs for assigned accounts, driving excellence and client satisfaction
- Lead efforts to pitch and secure new business, expanding the agency’s creative impact
- Lead the development of visually compelling, industry-leading designs that set creative benchmarks. Champion innovation in storytelling, execution, and cross-platform design experiences and best practices in digital product design, interaction, and emerging technologies
- Own and optimize the iterative creative process, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery. Refine and enhance workflows to improve team efficiency, collaboration, and creative output
- Mentor, inspire, and cultivate a high-performing creative team while managing high-impact projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and strategic alignment
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate technology, strategy, and design into holistic solutions
- Define and execute user experience strategies that drive business results and push creative boundaries. Partner with strategy teams to develop creative briefs with clear objectives and insights which identify growth opportunities within existing and new client accounts
- Deliver compelling client presentations that clearly communicate creative vision and business impact
- Build strong client relationships to establish trust, drive account growth, and expand creative opportunities
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity, business goals, and the highest creative standards
- Optimize resource allocation and workload distribution to maintain creative excellence
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in digital design, product, or brand experience
- 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, 3+ years at a digital agency
- A strategic thinker who knows how to balance innovation with business objectives
- A hands-on designer with an impeccable sense of aesthetics. storytelling, and digital execution
- A mentor who thrives on fostering talent, building team culture, and driving creative excellence
- A strong communicator with the ability to sell ideas and inspire teams. clients. and stakeholders
- A problem solver who embraces challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
- A collaborator who can work across disciplines, from strategy and tech to client services
